Today I realized that my Five year anniversary on his site was two days ago... Huh, that's neat.
I don't really have anything else to say, but I guess I'll just show that I've somewhat got over my writers block by showing you a sneak peak of the next chapter of Prince Sonic the Hedgehog that I started writing five days ago. Enjoy!
I’m literally writing this on my smartphone in bed past midnight because my memory failed me. So just pretend I wrote this ‘yesterday’.
Anyway, damn, I’ve been on this site for five whole years. That’s a fifth of my entire life devoted to this site. And I’m not leaving anytime soon, rest assured.
I’ve learned so much about writing while on this site. Seriously, look at some of my earlier stories and compare them to more recent ones; the difference in quality is staggering.
That was apparently a joke that my grandpa was fond of making. Though it was usually in relation to how long he'd been married, so... yeah. XD
Final Fantasy X was my childhood as I would repeatedly play the game no matter. Heck I even tried a No Sphere Grid challenge just for fun! I'm still relatively surprised that to this day, only this guy managed to legitimately defeat Dark Anima in a NSG challenge... That's something alright and it's the most luck-reliant battle ever 
So… this account has turned 5 years old today, being created on wednesday 19th of july 2017.

Due to recent events, I've come to realize that sustaining my current pace of work is simply not going to happen. In between my busy schedule of work, video games, crying in my shower, and training to beat the record for most packets of instant oatmeal cooked in a day, I'm simply swamped.

I knew what My Little Pony was. I bought them for my eldest girl back in the '80's.
As some of you might have already heard (or promoted), Estee is doing a contest. And not any contest but a one that both expects strange and out-there crossover ideas as well as (hopefully) doesn't give a leg up to those who write stories of high drama or deep romance but instead focuses on traditional cartoon silliness.

In case you wonder, I wasn't very active in the period between May (when I made an account) and August (when I posted a first story) though my faves from that period indicate that I've been reading fics no one remembers about these days. Here I sit on the five year anniversary of when I first joined Fimfic. Wow. The site has changed so much; so have I. This site and the authors have become far more experienced, the stories far more nuanced, the comedy funnier, the drama sadder. We are all growing into true blue writers. 51 stories later, I am amazed and mystified at how much I was able to accomplish as a writer (350k+ words) but how much growing I still have to do. Half a decade now. Five years ago, I made an account here on Fimfiction to indulge in reading horsewords and trying a feeble attempt at writing them.
Now it's become quite the opposite. Here to write and feebly attempt to read.
